Obituary of Marilyn Trabold Bean
Marilyn Trabold Bean, 68, passed away peacefully on November 14, 2019 at Sarah House, Ormond Beach, Florida, following a ten year illness.
Pre-deceased by her mother Nancy Busco Trabold, Marilyn is survived by her father Charles O. Trabold, her sisters Lisa Trabold and Beth (Michael) Ryan, her aunt Gilda (Bill) Kuhns, Jeff Bean and his partner Cindy Bloomer, her nephew Michael Ryan, her nieces Nina (David) Carnes, Lauren (Tison Kelley) Ryan, Brigid (William) Purtell, her beloved friends, of which she had many, her caregivers throughout the years, most notably Lacey Reusswig and Carol Furman.
Marilyn was a lover of life, people, salsa dancing, traveling, design, food, books, music, film, (all of the arts), the creator of many gardens.
She was a lifelong animal advocate, involved for many years with Greyhound rescue and adoption.
She was a real estate agent and a professional organizer.
She was Kodachrome.
She was Grace.
She was Intelligence.
She was Humor.
She was Courage.
She Loved, and was Loved in Return.
Calling hours will be held Thursday July 23, 2020 from 5-7pm at the Edward J. Ryan and Son Funeral Home, 3180 Bellevue Ave Syracuse, New York. A family led service will be held at 6pm.
Burial will be Friday July 24, 2020 at 10am in St. Mary's Cemetery, 4100 E Genesee St, Syracuse, NY 13214.
