Dear Beth, Sean and Kyle,
I am so sorry for the passing of your Husband and Dad. I could not make the services but I wanted to be added to the people that appreciated working with Bob at TLS and seeing him socially over the years. He was a, look you in the eye, kind of guy with a big heart and a humorous story to share whenever I had the pleasure of seeing him. My thoughts are with you and I hope you take care of yourselves and take in the love that is surrounding you.
Jim, Georgia and I all send you our condolences.

Beth, Sean and Kyle- I was so sorry to hear of Bob's passing. He was a wonderful man and I had the privilege of being his secretary his last years at HPC. I truly loved his sense of humor, his true compassion for staff and patients together, and I learned so much from him. He truly loved his family and always talked about you. He waged a tough fight and always kept his sense of humor. I have truly missed seeing him every day. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. He will be truly missed.

Beth & Family,
Words can't erase what you're going through, nor accurately reflect the admiration and respect I had for Bob. Having worked at Hutchings since 1995, I can honestly say that Bob was one of the truly decent individuals I've had the privilege of working with and for. In addition to his general good humor, he was committed to his work and to the facility, but never at the expense of being human. I could cite several encounters/anecdotes, but the one that captured best who Bob was involved an ugly weather-day in Syracuse when he was leaving work -- and purposefully altered his direction toward where he was parked to offer me a hand changing a flat tire. Although not among his closest friends on or off campus, that was the kind of guy he was: decent through and through, to take his own time in lousy weather to offer a co-worker a hand. I'm the better for having known him, and the world is now one decent man short.
Condolences to you and yours at this very difficult time.

Dear Beth, Sean & Kyle,
I am so sorry to hear of Bob's passing. He was a wonderful person to work with, full of integrity and a delightful sense of humor that helped us through many difficult situations. I hope that your memories of many good times together will help you in the difficult days to come. May you find comfort in each other and the love of family and friends, and in the knowledge of how much your husband and father was treasured by the many people who knew and worked with him. You will be in my prayers in days to come.

I was deeply saddened to hear of Bobs' passing. We haven't been close for a long while, and I regret that because he is one of the finest people I have ever had the pleasure to know. When I was growing up, The "Newtnews" were an extension of my own family. I'll never forget Bobby and Kathy, or the rest of you. All the memories come flooding back at a time like this, and they are all extremely fond ones. My love to you all.
