Dear Awad Family,
I am so sorry to read about your loss.
For years I heard the name 'Eddie Awad' spoken at our kitchen table. When I finally met 'Eddie Awad' in my adult years, I could understand why my Dad always used such kindness and respect when his name was spoken.
I am sure my Dad and Eddie have been reunited, and are now sharing some wonderful stories.

Ed Awad was my first contact at Kemper Insurance and just from meeting him I knew it was a company I wanted to work for. I had many discussion with Ed over the years and he always gave me solid advice. When I received a promotion no one could be more proud of me. He always treated everyone he met with respect, no matter what level they were in the company. He was truly missed when he retired. RIP Ed and watch over your family while you fly with the Angels.

I'm very sorry to read of Ed's passing. Although we really haven't kept in touch through the years, Ed and I did occasionally see each other. Ed and I were good friends in our years at high school and Senate Society brothers. He was always a great guy and very popular.I always knew he would become successful in life and more importantly a great HUSBAND , FATHER AND GRANDPARENT. Janet, Edward, Anne Marie, Christine, Michaele, and
Elizabeth,
I
was very concerned when I heard that Eddie took ill and now I’m just
heartbroken learning of his passing to eternal life.
Memories of him and his family living just
across the street from our home in Syracuse make me reminisce and smile upon
those precious days gone by. As those
memories come back to me, I’ve realised that Eddie and I have known each other
our entire lives. Eddie was a true
gentleman in every sense of the word. He
loved his church and served it well and in every capacity. My good friend will be sorely missed.
It is difficult to
find the right words to comfort you with, however we pray God will comfort you
and give you strength.
What we do with
out our precious faith? What would we
have without knowing that Jesus died and rose from the dead for our salvation
so that we too may have everlasting life with our Father who is in heaven.
This is our faith
and our anchor of hope. May you too be
anchored in this faith knowing that now Eddie rests without pain, sickness or
sorrow, but only in the bosom of our Lord.
