Michael "Red" Kelly, 61, a lifelong resident of Syracuse passed away on Wednesday, July 22, 2015 surrounded by his loving family. Michael graduated from Most Holy Rosary, retired from Budweiser and was the former owner of Mahley's Bar in Skunk City.
Michael is predeceased by his parents, William "Jerry" and Margaret Kelly, three brothers, Thomas, Lawrence, and Richard, and his nephew, Christopher Kelly. He is survived by his loving wife of 25 years, Maria (Arcadi) Kelly, two brothers, William (Kathy) and John (Patty), three sisters, Margaret (Vaughn) Tracy, Kathleen (Gary) Spicer, and Ann (Art) Ruston, two sister-in-laws, Carol Kelly and Kathleen Kelly-Galutz, two brother-in-laws, Tony and Rick Arcadi, and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Calling hours will be held on Sunday, July 26, 2015 from 2- 4pm, followed by a service held at 4pm at the Edward J. Ryan and Son Funeral Home, 3180 Bellevue Ave., Syracuse. Burial will be private.
