To Helen's family, I'm sorry for your loss. I grew up on Blueberry Lane, and when I was younger, I used to go to Bingo at Holy Family with my Nana, Aunt Rose Moosebrugger, and Helen. She was a good person. Peace to you all.

Gary and Barb, David and Midge, and the rest of the family: I am so sorry for the loss of your Mom. Although I haven't seen her or you in a while, I have always thought highly of your Mom. She was one of a kind and always made me laugh. I remember she and Mrs. Moosebrugger would come to the Fairway restaurant when I worked there ( 35 years ago!) and they were always so fun to talk to! Our deepest condolences to you all on the death of your wonderful mother. We always enjoyed seeing Helen whenever the chance occurred, at family events, she was always upbeat, smiling and kind. The deep love of family she had, and compassion for others was always evident. She had a zest for life that lit up a room and its surroundings. Her engaging personality always made us smile and enjoy her company. May your memories of such a lovely soul always bring you joy. I am so sorry. I lived across the street and my mom, Rose Moosbrugger, and Helen were friends. I always liked Helen. My mom is quite disabled living in an assisted living facility and had been wanting to go see Helen. They did talk on the phone a bit. I also knew Helen and always remember her taking such good care of her yard and especially the beautiful rose bushes. I worked after school and weekends and she was really the only neighbor I knew. I dread having to let my mom know. My mom is 90 years old now, and has suffered so much loss.

I knew Helen and Chet as a little boy growing up in Fairmount. I used to go to school with Christine and hung around the house quite often. Helen was like a second mother to me and I have thought about her, Chet, Christine, David and Gary through the years and wondered how they were doing and what they have become. I\'m so sorry for your loss and hope you have peace in your heart knowing you had a wonderful mother that is remembered 55 years later and never forgotten by myself.
