Obituary of Kerry Kimball Honors

Kerry Kimball Honors, 58, of Syracuse NY died at home peacefully Wednesday January 20, 2016 after a long battle with ovarian cancer. Kerry was a stay at home mom and day care provider for many families before going to work for the City of Syracuse. She worked in Bureau of Accounts, the Water Department and DPW prior to retiring in October 2014. She is survived by her loving husband Kevin of 37 years. Her daughter Sarah Honors and her granddaughter Taylor Buffum whom was her pride and joy. She has four sisters; Karen Bennett, Kathy (David) Carbone, Kristen Brooks and Kandy Bradley and one brother Peter (Linda) Kimball; several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. She is predeceased by her mother Ann Parr Kimball, father Richard Kimball and brother Richard "Kim" Kimball. Friends and family may call from 4-7pm Friday January 22, 2016 at the Edward J. Ryan & Son Funeral Home, 3180 Bellevue Ave. A funeral mass will be held Saturday at 10am at Most Holy Rosary Church, 111 Roberts Ave. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Hospice of CNY, 990 Seventh North Street, Liverpool NY 13088
