Obituary of Walter R. Halleck

Walter R. Halleck, 66, of Camillus, NY passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family on Friday, April 28th. He was a graduate of Nottingham High School and SUNY Oswego. He was a bookkeeper for the Holiday Inn for 15 years, and a commercial truck driver for the past 20 years. He was an avid golfer and author. Walter is survived by his devoted wife of 35 years, Maureen (Lynch), his children Katie and Thomas (Jackelyn) Halleck, and his grandchildren Clara and Peter. A mass of Christian burial will be held Tuesday May 2nd at 11am at St. Joseph's Church, 5600 W Genesee St. Camillus, NY. The family will receive friends and relatives from 10am-11am prior to the service at church. Burial is private.
