Dear Michaeline, Words cannot express how shocked I was today to learn of your beautiful daughter Karen's passing. I had no idea and I am just so, so sorry to hear this. I was very sorry to hear of Karen’s passing. She was a very kind, caring and compassionate person. Our paths crossed at the Department of Health. Karen treated others with respect and dignity.
