Donald E. Otts, 90, of Syracuse passed away on Wednesday, May 31, 2017. He was a WWII army veteran. Donald is predeceased by his wife, Mary. He is survived by his children, Donald (Mary), Patrick (Joanne), Edward (Diane), Mary (Elater) Brunson, Frances (Wilford) Simmons and Donald Pohl Otts, 14 grandchildren, 46 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandchild.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, June 6, 2017 at 10am at St. Lucy's Church, Gifford St. Calling hours will be Monday from 4 to 7pm at the church. Burial will be in Valley Cemetery.
