I will always remember your loved one as the soft-spoken, kind, gentle person I grew up knowing at church. The news of his passing saddens me. We had many loving family get-togethers over the years at my parents' home and at yours. The decades have rolled by, but the memories have remained strong and vivid. Uncle Bill will always be a part of my childhood memories. I remember sleeping in his pop up camper when we visited Syracuse or on camping trips. I remember the house on Barnes Ave (I think that was street name) when it was under construction, then seeing the completed project on our next visit. I remember his Plymouth station wagon with the little knob on the steering wheel to help him turn. I remember the very first time I went fishing it was Uncle Bill who got us up early and took us to a bridge, where we caught nothing but still had fun. But mostly I remember a very friendly man who looked and acted much younger than his age, a man who always had a smile, was very involved with his kids, a man who always welcomed us to his home and made us feel like family.
Thank you for all the memories Uncle Bill.

Mr. Clark was such a wonderful, loving, hard working man. Mr. Clark was a second father to all of the children that were raised on Barnes Ave. I will forever carry fond memories of my second Dad, Mr. Clark .

While I never met William; I do have the pleasure of knowing his son Bruce and Mimi. In reading the obituary; William has left quite a legacy behind and seems to have touched so many lives.
