Obituary of Rosemary H. Koppel

Rosemary H. Koppel, 67, of Syracuse, passed away on July 15, 2018.  She was a retired supervisor at Onondaga Co. Department of Social Services. Rosemary was a past president and current vp of the Syracuse Chapter of the LAOH and a member of the Salt City Red Hot Sizzlers.

She is survived by her sister, Catherine (Rick) Potter, 5 loving cats and many dear friends who are a part of our family.

Her funeral service will be held at 10am on Wednesday, July 18, 2018 at St. Patrick’s Church, Syracuse. Calling hours will be held on Tuesday from 4 to 7pm at the Edward J. Ryan and Son Funeral Home, 3180 Bellevue Ave.  Burial will be private.
