Dear Mickey & Pat,
Please accept our sincere sympathy for the heartbreaking loss of your son Matthew.
Matt was so blessed to have you both.
His Dad Pat always by his side while Matt tried his very best to regain his health.

Mickey, your family is so lucky to have you- you are a great mom.

To Matt’s sister Amy, nothing we can say will help ease your pain, but we want you to know how much we admire you for the amazing care you gave your brother and best friend during his illness. Matt loved you very much.
And our hearts go out to big brother Patrick and nephew Mark. Matt knew how very much you both loved him.
As you each begin your journey without Matt here on this earth, know that Matt now rests in the loving arms of his Creator...
