Chrissie, Tena, Mark and family:
We are so sorry for your loss. Steve was a wonderful husband, father, and human being. Loved when you guys would come down here to see Tena and family, which gave us time to see you not only in Syracuse but also in NC. I could never forget that it was Steve with Chrissie in the navigator seat who drove me to college for the first time. I loved hearing about Steve's Meals On Wheels via Chrissie and the older we got the more we all got to know each other. Steve will be dearly missed. Please know we are thinking of all of you during this time of great loss.

Steve was so fortunate to be with someone who allowed and encouraged him to be the best version of himself!
He was a man who lit up the room with his laughter and warmed hearts with his incredible hugs. His love for his family - especially your daughters Stephanie and Christina, and beloved son Mark, and grandchildren.. Steve’s love and concern shone through in everything. At St. Patrick & St. Brigid’s Church, Steve was a greeter who welcomed everyone. We will deeply miss Steve’s stories, his Faith, and the comfort of his embrace.

Chrissy, Tina, Mark and family I am saddened by the loss of your beloved husband, father, brother and friend to all and many. My fondest memory was what he did for the Blodgett family. He made it the best family community area anyone could imagine that was valued by many families as well as staff. May you find peace knowing he is spending Christmas with Stephenie and Jesus .
