Philip K. Laroway, 58, of Syracuse passed away on Thursday April 23, 2015. He is survived by his wife Sharon; sons, Brian and Kevin; sisters, Kathy (Bill) Cappon and Terry Montelongo; a brother, James and several nieces and nephews. In keeping with his wishes service will be private.
