Obituary of Ralph Robert Fox

Ralph Robert Fox, 89, of North Syracuse, NY passed away peacefully with family by his side at St. Joseph's Hospital on Friday, September 30, 2016. Ralph was born in Syracuse and attended Most Holy Rosary School. He retired from Onondaga Heating and Air Conditioning in 1988. Ralph was a communicant of Holy Family Church and former communicant of Most Holy Rosary Church. He was a member of the U.S. Coast Guard from 1945 to 1946. Ralph was an avid SU football and basketball fan and enjoyed winters in Florida and summers at Cross Lake. Ralph was predeceased by his wife, Mary Margaret (Lundy) Fox. He is survived by his daughter, Diane Gould, sons, David (Patricia), Dennis (Petra) and Douglas (Rita) Fox, 9 grandchildren, 8 great grand children and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on October 10, 2016 at 10am at Holy Family Church. Calling hours will be held Sunday, October 9, 2016 from 2 to 5pm at the Edward J. Ryan and Son Funeral Home, 3180 Bellevue Ave. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery, DeWitt.
