Gerald F. Kieffer, 67, of Syracuse, NY passed away on Wednesday, September 27, 2017. Gerald grew up on the west end of Syracuse and worked for the NYS Thruway Authority. He was predeceased by his brother Albert Jr., parents, Albert and Julia. He is survived by his nephew, Ed Kieffer of FL. Services were private.
