Hello Mrs. Biggie, I just saw this today while I was online looking for a friends obituary, and I came across Phil's. I knew Phil many years ago in school in Saratoga. We have lost touch, and I wasn't sure if this was really him, but after reading it I soon learned it was. I am so very, very sorry for you and his family. I hope he went peacefully and did not suffer. He was gentle back then and with a sweet soul. Blessings to you and your family.

I just read this in the Siena News today. I am so sorry to hear of Phil's passing. We started work together in 1987 as the first employees of a company in Albany. Phil was a great guy! His father even did some brick work in our home in Saratoga. I am very sorry for your loss.
