Janice
was such a beautiful, compassionate spirit! She had boundless love and
appreciation for all creatures and for life itself. She also had a feistiness
that came through in her disarmingly refreshing candor. And she showed that
same feistiness, strength and resilience throughout her struggles with illness.
She touched so many lives as friend/sister/mother/mentor to us all. Her heart
was always open to the broken, to those in need. She saw us at our best and at
our worst and loved and supported us through it all. She was the core of a
galaxy of friends. She held us together collectively and individually. Her
passing leaves an unfillable void in our universe. We miss you, beyond words,
Janice. Rest in peace, my dear sweet friend.
