Obituary of Mary A. Weyeneth

Mary A. Weyeneth, 98, of Syracuse, NY passed away peacefully on Saturday, January 16, 2016 surrounded by family. Mary was a graduate of St. Joseph's Nursing Program and retired from GE after 30 years as an industrial nurse. She was a founding member and communicate of St. Ann's Parish. Mary was a member of St. Ann's Altar and Rosary Society and the local Industrial Nursing Association. Mary is predeceased by her husband, John G. Weyeneth. She is survived by her children; John (Suzanne), Patricia (Luis) Mendoza, Susan (Thomas) Langendorfer and Nancy (Dave) DiNiro, 8 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Thursday, January 21, 2015 at 11am at St. Ann's Church, Onondaga Blvd. Calling hours will be held prior to mass from 10 to 11am at the church. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery, DeWitt. In lieu of flowers, donations in Mary's memory may be made to the Hospice of CNY: 990 7th N St, Liverpool, NY 13088.
